AutoTask PSA integration is now live within the CYRISMA platform! The feature was introduced in version 2.58 of the platform, released on April 4, 2024 (Release Notes available in the Announcements section of the Partner Portal). It will enable CYRISMA users to automate important tasks, significantly reducing manual effort. The key benefit is the automatic generation of client tickets upon the completion of scans performed using CYRISMA. You can also trigger notifications based on other events within CYRISMA, enhancing operational speed and efficiency.
